What this site does

North Shore HVAC Replacement connects homeowners and property managers with HVAC replacement and installation services on Chicago's North Shore and in the northwest suburbs. All installation, repair, and service work is performed by independent licensed, insured HVAC contractors. When you submit a request, we share it with the contractor who will fulfill it.

Estimates and pricing

Price ranges shown on this site are typical ranges for planning purposes, not quotes. Actual pricing is set in a written estimate after an in-home evaluation. Rebate and tax-credit amounts are set by the programs that offer them and can change; eligibility is determined by those programs, not by us.

No warranty of the website

The site and its content are provided "as is." We work to keep information accurate but do not guarantee it is error-free. Equipment warranties are provided by manufacturers and installing contractors under their own terms.

Limitation of liability
